How many keyword suggestions do I get for each search?
The number of keyword suggestions depends on the plan you are on. Pro and Agency plan could get more keywords because we try to discover semantically related keywords for the plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and JCB. You can make payments using PayPal as well.
Yes, our Basic Plan is free.
How can I upgrade my account?
If you upgrade your subscription in the middle of your billing cycle, the change will go into effect immediately and any difference in price between your current subscription and the new subscription will be prorated (based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle) and charged to your payment method. For the following billing cycles, your payment method will be billed at the new rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade at anytime. An upgrade is when the new plan price is greater than your current plan. Any unused portion of your current plan is credited to the new plan price. Your new plan and new billing cycle will start immediately and your payment method will be charged the new plan price minus any credits you receive from the unused portion of your old plan.
Here is an example scenario. Let's say you purchased Plus and on the same day upgraded to Pro. Because you still have all the remaining days in your current billing cycle, the entire Plus payment you just made will be applied to the new Pro payment. In total, the two purchases combined will cost the same as if you had purchased Pro from the beginning.
In another scenario, if you purchased Plus and two days later decide to upgrade to Pro, the unused days of your Plus plan will be subtracted from the first payment of your Pro plan. Your new Pro plan will start immediately with a new billing cycle and renewal date and your Plus plan will be cancelled.
If the new plan price you would like to change to has a price less than your current plan, this is considered a downgrade. In the event of a downgrade, your new plan will start only after the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue to use your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. When your current plan ends, you will be renewed at the price of the new plan. Your new plan will be active and your old plan will be cancelled.
Until the downgrade actually happens after the end of your current cycle, you can cancel the downgrade at anytime by re-selecting your current plan with the same billing cycle and price.
Can I cancel my paid subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time. You can easily cancel your paid subscription from your account page online.
- Visit Twinword Ideas and Log In.
- Click “My Account”
- Click the “Change Plan” option.
- Then, select the "“Free”" plan and click “Confirm”.
Please note, you can continue to use your full paid subscription until the end of your billing cycle. At the end of your billing cycle, it will just downgrade automatically to the free plan. You can see the date in your account page.
Regarding refunds, unfortunately, we do not provide refunds as stated in our terms of service. If you feel there are special circumstances for your case, please let us know and we can forward your request to our team for review.
